Shipping policy

Once products are shipped and tracking information has been sent, any lost or damaged packages must be brought to our attention within 10 days from shipping date. Any lost, damaged or tracking information must be handled between you an ups. We provide insurance on all packages shipped for your safety, because we are not liable for any damaged or lost packages. A claim must be made via ups.
